Anxieties
Everyone gets anxious from time to time and it is normal to do so. There are situations where short term anxiety can be of benefit, for example when getting out of the way of an unexpected oncoming car when crossing the road. In such a case the quick burst of adrenalin helps you to get moving and to a place of safety.
